Kalpitiya KiteSurf Academy was born out of a genuine passion for wind, water, and sharing the thrill of kiteboarding with others. Located on Sri Lanka's prime flat-water lagoon peninsula, we focus on patient, structured coaching that builds real rider confidence.

We believe that learning to kitesurf should be an empowering, enjoyable journey. From setting up your first trainer kite to mastering independent upwind riding, our instructors provide personalized attention every step of the way.

Shan is an extremely reliable and friendly school manager and instructor. He will able to help you what ever is the issue. Competitive rider, he is a great teacher. Speaks English and Sinhalese.
